We understand that unforeseeable or emergency situations arise, however appointments are in high demand.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee the same price as an exam.
Clients who have repeatedly no showed or cancelled on short notice will be required to make a deposit for their appointment. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of no-show or short-notice cancellation.
No-show or short-notice tech appointment fee is $25.00.
No-show or short notice cancellation for an exam will be the same cost as our exam fee.
